Ajay’s Kitchen is a busy, open-late ghost kitchen in West Midtown Atlanta. Every order goes out for pickup or delivery, so the whole job is the food. We need people who care what the plate looks like when it leaves the pass, at noon or at 3 in the morning.
Experience helps, but it isn’t the whole thing. Show up, work clean, look after the person next to you, and we can teach you the rest. If you can work late nights, say so on the form. That’s the hardest shift to fill.

Knife work, sauces, and stocking the line so service runs without stopping.
Running the shift: ordering, scheduling, food safety, and keeping ticket times honest.
It takes about five minutes. A resume helps but isn’t required.
